Andrew Illingworth

Senior Architect

Andrew joined Ryder as a senior architect in 2021.  Following five years in the military, Andrew went on to study architecture at the Nelson Mandela University and he graduated in 1995.  He has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including educational, healthcare and office.  Andrew’s industry interests lie in offsite construction techniques, robotics and sustainable construction methods.  He is developing a research programme to investigate the dynamics of collaborative design in a multi disciplinary context.  In his spare time, Andrew is a keen photographer.
