Dawn Coward

Dawn graduated from John Moore’s University in 1985 and has 28 years of experience as a town planner. She provides advice throughout the application and development process, offering a clear perspective on key issues from strategic positioning to analysing, informing and problem solving. She is experienced across a wide spectrum of sectors including projects with listed status and world heritage issues and was planner for Liverpool One project, Kings Dock, Royal Liverpool University Hospital and the Alder Hey Hospital. Dawn has lectured at the University of Liverpool and is an expert planning member of the British Chamber of Commerce, as well as Women in Property member, and a board member of Merseyside Building Preservation Trust and Baltic Triangle Liverpool. She enjoys walking, running and general outdoor pursuits and is Liverpool’s self proclaimed ambassador for gin.
