Derek Boon

Architectural Director

Derek has worked in Hong Kong since 1993 and joined Richard Dorkin’s team as a technical director in 2019.  As well as being a chartered architectural technologist and professional member of the Hong Kong Institute for Building Information Modelling, Derek brings substantial experience in commercial, infrastructure and leisure projects.  He has previously worked with other leading industry engineering and architecture practices.  Derek is passionate about the implementation of BIM and its future prospective solutions.  Outside of work, Derek enjoys the pursuit of live music, film and travelling to exotic corners of the world.
