Ian Kennedy

Ian leads the Technologies group, responsible for technical design across the group. With over 30 years in the construction industry, he has a wide range of experience across building types and sectors including civic, office, education, residential, healthcare and manufacturing. Recent notable projects include Newcastle City Library, Grade II* Manchester Central Library, University of Manchester Library and Grade I Newcastle Central Station. Ian studied at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 1980, and is a member of the Royal Society of Arts. He builds strong relationships and is passionate about delivering quality architecture and all that incorporates. He enjoys visiting buildings of significant architectural worth, skiing, football, building furniture and working on his allotment.
