Martin joined Ryder in 2015 and has since headed some major projects in London including being project leader on phase 1 of the Cobham Manor project, at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park winning multiple awards including the National Housing Awards 2015 best scheme in planning. He has overseen Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts sixth form centre and is now responsible for Angel Gardens in Manchester city centre. Martin has spent his entire professional career working in a BIM environment and continually strives to remain at the forefront of technology.
