Salma Elbashir

Architectural Technologist

Salma joined Ryder as an architectural technologist in 2020.  She graduated from Edinburgh Napier University and completed a master’s degree in environmental sustainability.  She has extensive experience in the residential sector and other specialisms such as Passive House design, bespoke dwellings and listed conversions.  Salma enjoys the various stages of the design process and is passionate about sustainable design.  In her free time, she promotes sustainability through her Pop Up Swap events which encourage sustainable fashion.  Salma is also currently gaining her scuba diving license!
